1. What is your Returns Policy?

PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.

Where goods are faulty, wrongly described or don't do what they are supposed to do, we will decide at our discretion whether to exchange, refund or credit you.’


2. How safe is it to shop online? 

This website uses the same level of encryption security that international banks & government bodies use to protect their data. This means your transaction is 100% secure.


3. Can I see the product range in person? 

 Yes, we have some of our products on display, e-mail is to check what is on display and to make a time to visit our display, as we are a distribution warehouse, and do not have sales people there all of the time.


4. Can we pick our order up? 

Stone Cart is an online shop only, therefore it is not possible to pick the order up.


5. How will my order be delivered? 

Our products are delivered either by couriers, by our supplier vehicles, or one of our own vehicles depending on your location. Orders are normally delivered between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays*. Please allow 2-3 business days for metro and 3-5 days for greater region.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to limited transport options for some orders, products will be shipped to the freight depot nearest to purchasers address. Your order is then available for you to collect once the stock has arrived at the depot. Our staff will be able to advise tracking information for your purchase.

If your suburb or postcode does not show up in our shipping destinations, please contact us for a personlised shipping quote.

Shipping charges are automatically added to your order based on your delivery suburb when you enter your delivery details


6. Can I arrange my own transport? 

Yes, you can organize your own transport, please email us with all information and we will call you to confirm. Transport can only be arranged with a registered transport company.


7. Will I get broken pieces with my order? 

Breakages are a regular occurrence in the industry. We recommend that you order around 5% extra to cover any breakages/incorrect measurements. Industry standards allow for 4% breakages. These broken pieces are often chipped on the corners so these can be used for cuts, halves or sometimes small pieces needed in the corner to finish off a job. This will minimize wastage.


8. How much should I order? 

We will always recommend at least 5-10% extra as minimum. Remember that concrete & clay products can vary from batch to batch in colour and size. So it’s important to order the right amount first time around. We advise to always order a little more than you need.


9. I am trying to match a product I currently have, can you help me? 

 We are more than happy to help. Please email through a couple of photos and the size of the product that you are trying to match. And we will do our very best to help/match.


10. Do I need tro seal my pavers? 

Yes, all manufacturers recommend to seal pavers once they have been laid & cleaned thoroughly. However please check with us at Stone Cart for directions.
