PCD sleepers are made to the highest standard. The engineering consists of  2 x N12 Reo Bars and 40 MPA concrete. Our unique and world class manufacturing processes and specially designed concrete mix passes all requirements within the concrete sleeper industry.  

Each concrete sleeper includes:

• 2 x or 3 N12 steel galvanised reo bars

• A minimum of 30mm coverage in specially designed custom concrete mixture

• Manufactured with independently tested 40Mpa concrete 

• Custom sizes and texture ranges can be manufactured to tailor your specific projects upon request
